Black Stars land in Doha ahead of Qatar World Cup

The Black Stars of Ghana, have arrived safely in Qatar for the 2022 FIFA World Cup. 

Team Ghana who is amongst five African countries to participate in the 22nd edition of the FIFA World Cup, touched day in Qatar at exactly 3:30 PM local time.

Very glamorous and colourful, Ghana were spotted wearing the traditional ‘Fufu’ attire (Smock) as they landed at the Hamad international airport in Doha.

Ghana will be staying at the five-star luxury DoubleTree by Hilton hotel.

The four times Africa Cup of Nations winners having been drawn with Portugal, South Korea and Uruguay in Group H will first lock horns with Portugal in their opening Group game at – Stadium 974, Doha on November 24 before facing South Korea at Education City Stadium, Al Rayyan four days later.

Then take on Uruguay in the much anticipated clash at Al Janoub Stadium, Al Wakrah on December 03, 2022.
