Zeze, Mfegue, Mukwala start, Oppong benched as Kotoko’s starting XI against RTU revealed

Asante Kotoko have travelled to Tamale to face RTU in the Premier League this evening.

Following the Porcupine’s 1-1 draw with Legon Cities, they will need three points to occupy the first place on the league table before Sunday.

The Northern giants managed a 2-1 win over Asante Kotoko in their meeting as Roland Frimpong and Victor Aidoo netted for them before Franck Etouga Mbella pulled one back for the Porcupine Warriors.

In Kotoko’s line-up, Seydou Zerbo has Isaac Oppong back on the bench as they aim for third consecutive win.

Frederick Asare continues in goal posts, as Mubarik Yussif partners Augustine Agyapong, Patrick Asmah and Sheriff Mohammed in defence.

Richard Boadu was unused off the bench against Legon Cities but starts in today’s game.

It’s as expected in midfield, with the captain Richard Boadu, Justice Blay and Eric Zeze are trusted by the gaffer.

Georges Mfegue, Steven Mukwala and Nicholas Mensah will lead the lines for the Porcupine Warriors.
