Asante Kotoko Starting XI vs make-or-break encounter against Gold Stars

Coach Seydou Zerbo has made changes to his team as the Porcupine Warriors take on Bibiani Gold Stars this afternoon at Dun’s Park.

Georges Mfegue is back in the team’s set-up, joining Steven Mukwala and Stephen Amankona in attack as the club seeks their first win in 2023.

Kotoko has not lost in their last two meetings against Bibiani Gold Stars, having claimed back-to-back victories.

They have, though, are on a run of three consecutive draws, having held leaders Aduana Stars, Olympics and King Faisal but the Porcupine Warriors head into this game as favourites.

They have taken six points from their last five games, with their only victory coming against Berekum Chelsea in Kumasi.

Coach Zeebo is expecting a proper fight today and capitalize on Aduana Stars’ slip-up to close the gap on the league table.
